Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Agent to join our team. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about customer care, problem-solving, and creating positive experiences. The successful candidate will interact with customers through multiple channels, process orders, and provide solutions while maintaining a high standard of service. About the Role As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for communicating effectively with customers by phone, online chat, email, and text message. You will use your knowledge of products to provide solutions to inquiries, process orders, and handle shipping and receiving tasks. Strong critical thinking skills, computer proficiency, and a positive, team-oriented attitude are essential to succeed in this role. Key Responsibilities Communicate effectively with customers via phone, online chat, email, and text. Provide knowledgeable solutions to customer inquiries about products. Process orders and enter data using various computer programs. Perform shipping and receiving duties. Assist in resolving customer service issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer experience. Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience (office experience required). Diploma or Certificate in a relevant field. Fluent English (C1 or Native level). Strong proficiency with computer programs and data entry. Excellent communication and critical thinking skills. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a team environment. Positive attitude and motivated personality. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in the hair, beauty, or fashion industry is a strong asset.
