Empresa del sector privado aeronáutica de carga solicita Customer Service Agent Técnico y/o Tecnólogo o Profesional en administración o carreras similares (Comercio Exterior o Negocios internacionales recién egresado). Mujer o Hombre entre 25 a 45 años. Para trabajar de Lunes a Viernes de 7:30 a 5: 30 pm y los sábados medio día, (Ingles Básico), contrato directamente con la compañía, fijo de 3 meses, salario a convenir con prestaciones de ley, se brinda estabilidad laboral y un excelente clima laboral, debe realizar las siguientes funciones:
1. Efectuar las cotizaciones realizadas por los clientes.

2. Ejecutar el seguimiento a las cotizaciones realizadas, midiendo su efectividad.

3. Garantizar el volumen de los vuelos asignados.

4. Gestionar las solicitudes de pre-reclamos y reclamos, ingresando la información a la matriz PRQSF.

5. Controlar las reservas.

6. Actualización de la base de datos.

7. Reportar al área de facturación la venta de cada vuelo.

9. Tener disponibilidad de tiempo las 24 horas. Brindado la información efectiva y veraz al cliente.
