We are a boutique education consulting and legal advocacy firm focused on promoting the well-being of children and families. Our services include consulting, coaching, legal representation, and mediation, all designed to support inclusive, equitable, and high-impact systems.
We are seeking a highly organized and mission-driven Client & Business Services Coordinator to support client engagement, business development, and daily administrative operations in a virtual environment
- Conduct client intake and follow-up calls to gather information and ensure client satisfaction.
- Draft and manage client-facing communication templates, including intake forms, welcome letters, agreements, and outreach emails.
- Develop, distribute, and track surveys and feedback tools.
- Collect, organize, and summarize client feedback for reporting and service improvement.
- Monitor procurement portals for RFPs, RFQs, and bid opportunities.
- Track proposal deadlines and support proposal development and submission.
- Organize and maintain electronic client and firm files.
- Perform data entry and light data analysis for reporting and tracking purposes.
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and general administrative support.
- Assist with basic marketing tasks and coordination of virtual or in-person events.
- Experience in administrative support, client services, business development, or communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with tools such as Canva, Asana, and Slack is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- 100% remote work.
- 20 hours per week.
