This position is responsible for providing guidance to hub members, overseeing day-to-day operations, and driving continuous improvement of processes that support sales and marketing activities.Responsibilities* Operational Oversight: Manage and monitor the end-to-end execution of all hub transactions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to established standards.* Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement, implement best practices, and drive initiatives that enhance efficiency and quality of sales and marketing support transactions.* Team Guidance: Provide clear direction and support to hub members.
