Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Compliance Assistant to provide essential administrative support to our Compliance team. The role is pivotal in helping ensure the organization and our clients comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage email communications and handle calls promptly and professionally.
• Provide administrative support to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Assist with business licensing, documentation, filings, and issue resolution.
• Support internal and state-required audits by preparing documentation and data.
• Maintain and organize records, databases, and compliance files.
• Prepare reports and assist with internal documentation.
• Complete assigned projects, tasks, and administrative duties.
• Adapt to regulatory updates and internal process changes.
Requirements:
• Typing speed of 40 words per minute with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic data analysis skills.
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and teamwork abilities.
• Solid business acumen and professionalism.
• Strong organizational, technical, and time-management skills.
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Proficient in communication with regulators, team members, and compliance leadership.
• High School Diploma required.
• At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Minimum 6 months continuous experience in administrative roles.
