Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bogota, D.C., as a Primary School Spanish Teacher. The teacher will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging Spanish language lessons to primary-level students, tailoring instruction to meet learners' varying needs. Additional responsibilities include developing classroom materials, assessing student progress, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure alignment with the curriculum. The teacher will also engage with students and families to support academic and social development.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Spanish language instruction and fluency in Spanish
  • Excellent classroom management skills and ability to plan engaging lessons
  • Competence in assessing student learning and providing constructive feedback
  • Effective communication and collaboration with students, staff, and families
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Spanish, or related field (required)
  • Teaching certification and experience in primary-level education (preferred)
  • Understanding of international education systems is a plus
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and dynamic learning environment
