Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and resilient Business Development Representative (BDR) to play a key role in building and scaling outbound sales efforts. As a BDR, you will be responsible for executing high-volume outbound calls, generating qualified sales opportunities, and engaging with C-level and VP-level decision-makers. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role suited for professionals with experience in high-activity sales environments who thrive in engaging senior executives and driving results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Sales:
    Execute high-volume outbound calls and email outreach to generate qualified sales opportunities.
  • Engagement with Decision-Makers:
    Engage C-level and VP-level decision-makers across various industries including manufacturing, staffing, healthcare, finance, and logistics.
  • CRM Management:
    Maintain accurate records and ensure consistent follow-up and activity tracking.
  • Collaboration with Teams:
    Work closely with Growth, Revenue, and Operations teams to support pipeline development and sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Native or highly advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written. (C1 English level)
  • Strong work ethic and resilience in outbound sales
  • 2 to 3+ years of experience as a BDR or SDR in outbound, high-volume sales environments
  • Proven ability to book meetings with senior executives, preferably in traditional industries
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience in selling to the US market
  • Open to commuting to a centrally-located Medellín office and participating in-person for training meetings when applicable.
