The Role

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the technical vision and design of pricing solutions for enterprise clients. As an SA at RevSeekr, you will serve as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and implementation teams—translating complex pricing requirements into elegant, scalable technical designs that deliver measurable business value.

This role requires someone who can operate in the unique middle ground between strategy and execution: technical enough to guide implementation decisions and design integration architectures, yet business-savvy enough to lead discovery conversations with VPs of Pricing, Finance leaders, and IT Directors.

What You'll Do

Solution Design & Architecture

• Lead end-to-end solution design for PriceFx implementations, determining module selection (Price Setting, Quotes, Agreements, Rebates, Analytics), data flows, and integration architecture
• Design integration architectures connecting PriceFx with enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) using REST APIs, SAP Connectors, and middleware platforms
• Create Technical Design Documents (TDDs) that serve as the blueprint for implementation teams and project records
• Develop architecture diagrams (data flow, module relationships, system context) that communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders

Business Analysis & Requirements Translation

• Lead discovery workshops to uncover true business requirements beneath surface-level requests—identifying hidden needs, conflicting priorities, and unstated constraints
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, converting pricing strategies, margin targets, and approval workflows into configurable solution components
• Develop data specifications defining master data requirements, transformation rules, and quality criteria
• Navigate the language gap between business stakeholders (who speak in margins, markup, and pricing strategy) and technical teams (who speak in APIs, data models, and logic flows)

Technical Leadership

• Provide technical direction and oversight to configuration engineering teams, ensuring solution coherence across all project workstreams

• Conduct design reviews validating that configurations meet requirements, follow standards, and maintain performance
• Assess inherited solutions with a "forensic investigator" mindset—identifying improvement opportunities and recommending enhancements without criticizing prior implementers
• Facilitate refinement sessions, helping teams break down complex requirements into implementable user stories

Stakeholder Facilitation

• Lead technical workshops with mixed audiences (IT, Pricing, Sales, Finance), adapting communication style and depth for each stakeholder type
• Present solution approaches to client leadership, articulating technical decisions in business terms and managing expectations around scope, timeline, and constraints
• Navigate conflicting stakeholder priorities, finding solutions that address competing requirements while maintaining technical integrity

Requirements

Experience

• 7+ years as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Senior Consultant in enterprise SaaS implementations
• Proven track record deploying cloud-based enterprise applications to large companies (500+ users or $100M+ revenue)
• Consulting experience with client-facing delivery—you've led discovery sessions, presented to executives, and managed stakeholder expectations
• Experience designing integration architectures with major ERP systems (SAP ECC/S4HANA, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and CRM platforms (Salesforce)

Technical Competencies

• Strong understanding of API design patterns (REST, SOAP), data integration approaches (batch, real-time, event-driven), and middleware platforms
• Ability to design data models that support business requirements while optimizing for performance and maintainability
• Experience creating technical documentation (solution design documents, integration specifications, architecture diagrams)
• Comfort with scripting/configuration languages (Groovy, JavaScript, SQL) for validation and prototyping

Business & Communication

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal fluency required—you will work with clients across North and Latin America)
• Ability to translate between business language (margins, pricing strategies, ROI) and technical language (data flows, system integrations, configuration patterns)
• Strong facilitation skills—you can run a room, manage conflicting opinions, and drive groups toward decisions
• Executive presence and the ability to communicate technical constraints and recommendations to senior business leaders

Nice to Have

• Experience with PriceFx or other pricing software platforms (PROS, Vendavo, Zilliant)
• Domain expertise in pricing processes: price waterfalls, margin analysis, rebate
• management, quote-to-cash workflows
• Industry experience in manufacturing, distribution, food production, or building materials
• Familiarity with AI/ML applications in pricing optimization
• PriceFx certification or equivalent platform credentials
