Funciones – Soporte Nivel 1

  • Atender y registrar incidencias reportadas por los usuarios a través del sistema de Help Desk (GLPI, OTRS, Freshdesk u otro).
  • Diagnosticar y resolver fallas básicas de hardware, software y red local.
  • Instalar, configurar y actualizar sistemas operativos y aplicaciones autorizadas.
  • Apoyar la creación, modificación y eliminación de usuarios en directorio activo, correo y sistemas internos (bajo supervisión).
  • Documentar los casos atendidos siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos.
  • Escalar incidentes de nivel superior al equipo de Soporte Nivel 2 o Infraestructura.
  • Asistir al equipo de IT en la implementación de políticas básicas de seguridad informática (antivirus, contraseñas, bloqueos, etc.).
  • Brindar apoyo en la instalación y conexión de equipos nuevos o reemplazos.
  • Apoyar la gestión de inventario de equipos, licencias y periféricos.
