**Bilingual Apprentice in Organizational Psychology**
**SoftwareOne**

**Scope**: Full-time | Medellín, Colombia | Hybrid

**What a day in this role might look like**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and gain deep insight into the typical activities of a Talent Attraction professional.

You will collaborate closely with teams from different countries, allowing you to gain a global perspective and enrich your experience with diverse cultures and ways of working.- Support in recruitment processes across LATAM- Management and organization of area-related documents- Support in coordinating internal processes and activities- Participation in training and development initiativesWhat we need to see from you:
**Profile**:
Psychology or related program student, bilingual, with university authorization to carry out professional internships in the second semester of 2025.

**Required Skills**:
- Reside in Medellín, Colombia- Be an active university student- Be ready to start the internship in 2025 - 2-
- Good communication, teamwork, results orientation, and adaptability to change
