What You'll Be Doing:
Reviewing and issuing invoices for healthcare services, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Tracking and resolving billing discrepancies,
cooperating
closely with clients and internal teams.
Keeping detailed financial records, including payments and client communications.
Following up on outstanding payments to ensure healthcare providers receive what they're owed.
Cooperating with
U.S.-based teams and healthcare providers to streamline billing processes.
Generating reports on billing status and accounts receivable for management.
What You Bring to the Table:
A sharp eye for detail – accuracy is everything in billing.
Strong English communication skills (B2+ level) – written and verbal.
Experience with billing, finance, or accounting processes.
A problem-solving mindset – if something doesn't add up, you find out why.
Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-moving environment.
