Vacante: Customer Support Representative –

Ubicación: On-site (Colombia) Entrenamiento: Lunes a viernes, 8:00 a. m. – 5:00 p. m. (4–5 semanas) Operación: Turnos rotativos: 7–4, 8–5, 9–6, 10–7 o 11–8 (fines de semana libres) Salario: $ COP

Sobre el rol: Buscamos personas motivadas y orientadas al cliente para unirse como Customer Support Representatives. Serás la primera línea de apoyo, respondiendo llamadas y correos, resolviendo inquietudes y garantizando una experiencia excepcional para los clientes de isolved.

Responsabilidades:

Atender gran volumen de llamadas y correos con precisión y profesionalismo

Mantener alta tasa de retención de clientes mediante servicio superior

Investigar y resolver consultas de manera rápida y efectiva

Escalar casos complejos siguiendo procedimientos estándar

Participar en programas de entrenamiento para mejorar habilidades

Requisitos:

Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito, nivel alto obligatorio)

Orientación al servicio al cliente y habilidades de resolución de problemas

Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación

Deseable: experiencia previa en entornos de atención al cliente o roles administrativos
