Position Summary
The Case Manager supports attorneys by managing a caseload of personal injury claims, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, and ensuring cases progress efficiently from intake to resolution. Responsibilities include coordinating medical treatment, organizing documentation, maintaining communication with clients and providers, and assisting in the preparation of demands and settlement negotiations. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates, answering questions, and guiding them through the claims process.
- Case File Management: Maintain and organize case files, documents, and records both electronically and physically.
- Medical Treatment Coordination: Schedule client treatments with providers, collect medical records and bills, and ensure continuity of care.
- Documentation & Research: Request and gather essential documents such as police reports, medical records, and witness statements. Conduct research to obtain insurance and other relevant data.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 2of relevant experience with case management with U.S. law firms.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish).
- U.S. Personal Injury experience is mandatory.
