Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have a strong

background in handling personal injury cases from intake through settlement. This

is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment

and is passionate about helping clients navigate the legal process.

Key Responsibilities:


• Oversee and manage client treatment, ensuring appropriate documentation

of medical records and progress.


• Draft and prepare demand letters with supporting documentation.


• Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters to secure favorable

outcomes for clients.


• Maintain accurate and organized case files, including detailed case notes

and updates.


• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and guidance

throughout the case.


• Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to ensure seamless

case management.

Qualifications:


• +1 Years of experience in personal injury case management is required.


• Strong understanding of the personal injury claims process, including

medical treatment protocols, demand drafting, and settlement negotiations.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.


• Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.


• Proficient in case management software and standard office applications

(e.g., Word, Excel).
