Client Intake & Case Manager – Remote (Full-Time)

Monday to Friday | 9 AM – 5 PM EST

100% Remote

Bilingual Role (Advanced English – C1 Level Required)

What You'll Do

Lead Response & Intake

Respond to incoming leads within minutes – speed is key

Conduct thorough intake evaluations to assess case eligibility.

Manage sign-ups and escalate complex cases to supervising attorneys.

Case Management

Handle ~20 active non-litigation claim files (car accidents & premises liability).

Manage cases from intake to settlement.

Set up first-party claims (PIP, MedPay), draft letters of representation, submit applications, and gather client documentation.

Request and organize medical records & bills.

Resolve lien issues (Medicare, Medicaid, health insurance).

Ensure financial accuracy and verify balances.

Skills & Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in a U.S. personal injury law firm (car accident cases required).

Hands-on case management experience.

Proficiency in Filevine and tech tools.

Strong numerical and organizational skills.

Excellent communication skills in English & Spanish.

Independent, proactive, and detail-driven.

Bonus Points If You Have

Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid lien processes.

Experience drafting demand letters & legal correspondence.

Comfort using AI tools for documentation.

Ability to multitask across high-volume case files.
