, buscamos un
Billing & Purchasing Specialist
responsable de gestionar con precisión todo el proceso de
facturación y compras
. Este rol es clave para garantizar la correcta emisión de facturas, la evaluación de proveedores, la elaboración de órdenes de compra y el seguimiento de entregas, asegurando eficiencia operativa y contribuyendo directamente a la salud financiera de la organización.


Responsabilidades Principales

  • Preparar, emitir y validar facturas de acuerdo con los servicios prestados.
  • Mantener comunicación constante con la sede principal en Puerto Rico y el equipo local.
  • Investigar y resolver disputas o errores en procesos de facturación.
  • Generar reportes periódicos y apoyar auditorías internas y externas.
  • Gestionar solicitudes de compra, análisis de cotizaciones y evaluación de proveedores.
  • Elaborar órdenes de compra y realizar seguimiento a entregas.
  • Mantener registros actualizados y documentación organizada.
  • Coordinar con contabilidad la validación de facturas de proveedores.


Requisitos

  • Técnico o tecnólogo en Administración, Contabilidad, Finanzas o áreas afines.
  • Mínimo
    1 año de experiencia
    en roles de facturación y compras.
  • Deseable: experiencia en empresas multinacionales o con casa matriz en el exterior.
  • Conocimiento en principios contables básicos, políticas fiscales (IVA, IVU, retenciones).
  • Manejo de
    QuickBooks, Sonar
    y
    Excel/Google Sheets (nivel intermedio–avanzado)
    .
  • Inglés técnico intermedio–avanzado.

  • Organización, planificación y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.
  • Ética, manejo de información confidencial y profesionalismo constante.
  • Capacidad de autogestión, adaptación y priorización de tareas.
