En nuestro equipo de outbound sales estamos buscando un SDR que se destaque por su capacidad para gestionar alto volumen de contactos, construir relaciones sólidas y acompañar a los prospectos a lo largo del embudo de ventas.

Responsabilidades principales


• Realizar alcance outbound a clientes potenciales vía teléfono, email y CRM


• Dar seguimiento constante para mantener activas las conversaciones


• Crear rapport rápidamente y comprender las necesidades del prospecto


• Negociar con confianza y orientar al cierre de oportunidades


• Mantener registros y notas precisas dentro del CRM


• Colaborar con el equipo comercial para mejorar estrategias de contacto


• Cumplir metas diarias y semanales de outreach y reuniones calificadas

Habilidades requeridas


• Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en ventas con historial comprobado de cierres


• Excelente gestión del tiempo y organización


• Comunicación impecable en inglés (oral y escrita)


• Habilidad para conectar con desconocidos y generar confianza


• Manejo de herramientas CRM


• Comodidad trabajando en un entorno dinámico y de alto volumen de leads

Atributos deseados


• Experiencia en bienes raíces o industrias relacionadas


• Perfil motivado, orientado a resultados y con actitud positiva


• Trabajo colaborativo en equipo
