Sales Representative – UK & USA Market
Kaplan International is looking for highly motivated Bilingual Sales Advisors who are eager to grow their professional career in a dynamic, multicultural, and growth-oriented environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for advising prospective students from North America and Europe via phone and email, guiding them in selecting the English program abroad that best suits their academic and personal goals. Your work will directly contribute to the student experience and reinforce Kaplan's position as a leader in international education.
Responsibilities
Provide personalized sales advice to prospects (no cold calling), ensuring their needs align with our academic offerings.
Manage customer and sales opportunity tracking using Salesforce and other internal platforms.
Meet and exceed individual, market, and organizational KPIs.
Requirements
1 year of experience in sales or customer service, or a similar role.
Fluent English (B2+ level).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic qualification.
Interest and affinity for travel, education, and language learning sectors.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary plus unlimited monthly commissions (earnings with no cap).
2-week initial onboarding, with ongoing training and support from the sales team.
Automatic promotion to Sales Executive after 6 months upon achieving set goals.

General Information
Location: Bogotá, D.C. – 100% on-site.
Schedule: Rotating shifts between 10:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
