Business Intelligence
, asegurando la generación de insights estratégicos sobre el desempeño en punto de venta que impulsen una toma de decisiones ágil, precisa y alineada con los cambios del mercado.

Responsabilidades

  • Liderar el equipo de BI, garantizando la calidad, integridad y disponibilidad de datos operativos.
  • Definir y ejecutar la estrategia de BI alineada con objetivos comerciales.
  • Identificar y priorizar necesidades de datos de áreas como Ventas, Marketing y Operaciones.
  • Asegurar la entrega oportuna de reportes diarios, semanales y mensuales.
  • Desarrollar y mantener la arquitectura, estándares y gobernanza de datos.
  • Obtener y analizar información relevante del mercado y la competencia.
  • Colaborar con Operaciones, FFM, D2C y e-commerce para identificar oportunidades.
  • Integrar tecnologías para fortalecer plataformas de análisis.
  • Administrar bases de datos y definir análisis pertinentes.
  • Identificar mejoras de procesos y oportunidades de negocio.

Lo que estamos buscando

  • Profesionales en Administración, Economía, Ingeniería Industrial, Finanzas, Mercadeo, Matemáticas o afines.
  • Más de 10 años de experiencia en Insight Marketing o Business Intelligence.
  • Conocimiento sólido en herramientas de BI: automatización de datos, creación de ETLs y visualización.
  • Visión integral del negocio.
  • Liderazgo y capacidad para coordinar equipos.
  • Pensamiento analítico.
  • Alta orientación al detalle.
  • Comunicación asertiva.
  • Resiliencia frente a entornos cambiantes.
