Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Head of Growth. The Head of Growth will be responsible for driving customer acquisition strategies, executing growth marketing initiatives, and identifying innovative approaches to expand the company's presence. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing performance metrics, developing scalable growth strategies, collaborating with sales and business development teams, and optimizing conversion processes. This role requires a data-driven mindset and the ability to foster cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking techniques
- Strong skills in Customer Acquisition and data-driven decision-making
- Experience in Sales and Business Development, including building and scaling revenue-generating strategies
- Proven ability to think innovatively, solve problems creatively, and adapt quickly to changing market dynamics
- Strong leadership skills to manage and inspire cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms such as Amazon and Mercado Libre is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a remote environment
