New Position: Head of Operations

From Cardif Colombia - General Insurance, a company belonging to the BNP Paribas Group, we present the following position that is opening in the company. The
Head of Operations
will be responsible for leading the Implementation, Production, Customer Service, Claims, and Third-Party Payments areas; in order to ensure the execution of operational processes as outlined in the Service Catalog that supports the value proposition that Cardif Colombia has made to its Business Partners.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the management indicators of the operational areas in order to define the respective action plans that enable continuous improvement.

  • Ensure the execution of operational processes for issuance, billing and collection, payment of commissions to the Partner and Broker, and claims handling within the agreed timelines in the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) established with Business Partners, while complying with local regulations, Head Office policies, and the technical conditions of the products.

  • Outsource processes that require capacity movements based on business development: Claims filing; Policy administration and custody; Printing, preparation, and distribution of policies; Call center support (Inbound - Outbound).

  • Ensure proper management of the Operations budget, provisions, and reserves according to local guidelines and Head Office directives.

Professional Profile:

Professionals with experience and knowledge in Insurance and Financial Sector. Techniques habilities in the areas on charge. Master´s degree in Insurance, Quality Management Systems and Projects an Operational Model Design.
