We are currently seeking a
Business Manager Senior
to strengthen our commercial strategy in Colombia, leading business development initiatives and client relationships within the IT and Staffing sector.

, acting as a key liaison between our clients and delivery teams.
Main Responsibilities:
• Conduct consultative sales of technology services and IT talent solutions.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities in the IT sector.
• Manage existing clients and increase overall account revenue.
• Structure and negotiate commercial proposals and agreements.
• Collaborate closely with the recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely delivery of profiles.
Key Requirements:
• Minimum
3 years of experience
in
Staff Augmentation, Outsourcing, or Software Factory
services.
• Proven experience in both
hunting
and
farming
within the IT industry.
• Understanding of
IT recruitment and selection processes
.
• Experience in
consultative B2B sales
and
account management
.
• Experience leading or supervising commercial or delivery teams.
•
Advanced English level
(B2–C1), capable of communicating effectively with international clients.
