ABOUT THE ROLE

We're seeking a Middle/Senior Account Manager to nurture and expand relationships with key clients across the U.S. This role requires a strategic mindset, a charismatic personality, and strong technical understanding of IT projects to ensure client success and growth.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention;
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive account expansion;
  • Act as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into actionable delivery plans;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and quality project execution;
  • Participate in quarterly trips to the U.S. for in-person client meetings.
MUST HAVES
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or client success roles within the tech or IT services sector;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; charismatic and confident with clients;
  • Advanced English (written and spoken) — non-negotiable;
  • Strong technical understanding of IT projects and delivery processes;
  • Valid U.S. visa and willingness to travel quarterly.
