Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Salary: $ COP + all legal benefits (+additional bonus after probation period)

Experience:

DAT (Dial-A-Truck): 2 years (Required) - (DAT is a freight Marketplace)

Experience in other load boards.

OTR (over the road) load planning and dispatching: 2 years (Required) - Drivers all over the United States

Ace Link Solutions SAS is seeking an Experienced Dispatcher and load planner to join our team and take charge of strategically planning and dispatching loads for our fleet of drivers. This is a key role in ensuring operational success and driver satisfaction while meeting customer expectations.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute efficient load plans for OTR drivers across the U.S.

Collaborate with customer service representative teams to coordinate freight delivery schedules.

Monitor and address load issues, driver constraints, and unexpected challenges.

Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers.

Utilize dispatching and fleet management software.

Analyze freight lanes and trends to provide recommendations for load planning.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior planners and dispatchers as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of dispatching experience, preferably in the dry-van industry.

Strong knowledge of OTR freight planning and driver management.

Proficiency in using dispatch and fleet management software.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements.

A team-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving company goals.
