Job description:
Seeking dedicated Patient Account Representatives to join their dynamic call center team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in customer service and call center operations, with a focus on handling patient accounts and medical debt resolution. This role involves managing both inbound and outbound calls, verifying client information, and providing exceptional support to patients.

Assist patients with medical debt, seeking resolution, and guiding them through the next steps.
Manage a blended call pattern with live box, handling 100 calls per day (approximately 5 minutes per call). - Verify and update client information accurately
