Propósito del cargo
Liderar iniciativas de growth para atraer, nutrir y convertir leads en matrículas, garantizando una ejecución impecable del funnel completo: atracción, maduración, conversión y fidelización, en coordinación con universidades, empresas, entidades públicas y comunidades locales.
Requisitos
Formación: Profesional en Administración, Mercadeo, Comunicación, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía o afines.
Deseable especialización o estudios en Marketing Digital, Growth, Analítica, Automatización, Gestión Comercial o Educación.
Experiencia:
- Mínimo 3 años en roles de growth.
- Experiencia preferiblemente con instituciones educativas, empresas o entidades públicas (deseable).
- Conocimiento en growth marketing, métricas, funnels y experimentación.
- Experiencia en territorio (ferias, activaciones, relacionamiento).
- Manejo de CRM (ideal HubSpot), WhatsApp Business, Meta Ads/Google Ads, plataformas de automatización y dashboards.
Responsabilidades principales
- Gestión integral del funnel de estudiantes
- Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de atracción de leads de alta intención.
- Implementar flujos de maduración y nutrición (WhatsApp, contenidos, bases de datos, visitas).
- Asegurar una conversión efectiva hasta matrícula junto al equipo comercial.
