¿Qué harás?

  • Liderar y ejecutar el calendario de contenido orgánico de la marca.
  • Coordinar activaciones con influencers y trabajar de la mano con agencias creativas.
  • Desarrollar contenido relevante y de alta calidad para nuestros puntos de contacto.
  • Medir, analizar y aprender de los resultados para mejorar continuamente.
  • Ser guardián de la identidad y el tono IKEA en redes sociales.
  • Acompañar la implementación de campañas Always On.
  • Impulsar la comunicación de nuestras actividades comerciales y apoyar eventos de marca.
  • Conectar con las tiendas para impulsar el tráfico y fortalecer la experiencia del cliente.

Lo que necesitas traer contigo

  • Título universitario en marketing, comunicaciones o carreras afines.
  • 1 a 3 años de experiencia en retail, consumo masivo o agencias.
  • Experiencia en gestión de proyectos, campañas y presupuestos.
  • Inglés avanzado.
  • Pasión por las tendencias digitales, la creatividad y la vida en el hogar.
  • Capacidad para colaborar, cocrear, influir y mantener una mentalidad flexible y ágil.
