OneIMS Group is seeking a creative and strategic Brand and Messaging Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to develop and refine their brand identity, messaging, and overall communication strategies. You will leverage your expertise to create compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences, enhancing brand equity and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and competitive landscape.
  • Conduct brand audits to assess current positioning and messaging effectiveness.
  • Develop and present comprehensive brand strategies and messaging frameworks tailored to each client's needs.
  • Create engaging content that reflects brand values and speaks directly to target customers.
  • Guide clients in implementing brand strategies across various channels, including digital platforms, print media, and events.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on brand guidelines and messaging consistency.
  • Measure and analyze brand performance metrics, offering insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on market trends and emerging branding practices to ensure client strategies are innovative and relevant.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand strategy, messaging, or consulting roles.
  • Proven track record of developing successful brand strategies for a variety of clients.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, marketing trends, and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in brand research and analysis tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Creative mindset and a passion for helping brands connect with their audiences.
