Are you passionate about process improvement, operational excellence, and driving measurable impact? We are looking for a QA Manager to lead our Quality Assurance function with a strong emphasis on Lean Six Sigma, cross-functional leadership, and continuous improvement within our RCM operations.

About the Role

The RCM Quality Manager will be responsible for leading our QA team and overseeing the quality delivered by our call center and RCM agents. This role plays a key part in developing and implementing operational quality standards, optimizing processes, and elevating performance across all service lines.

Although QA experience is a plus, the priority for this role is strong management experience, exceptional process improvement capabilities, and a proven Lean Six Sigma track record (minimum Green Belt required).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy a best-in-class Service Quality framework to improve performance across key RCM metrics.
  • Use data-driven analysis to identify improvements, support decision-making, and strengthen operational performance.
  • Ensure calibration of service quality using analytics, dashboards, and structured reporting.
  • Generate, interpret, and present quality reports and performance trends to senior leadership.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the QA team while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Implement training programs (workshops, upskilling, e-learning, simulations) to enhance operational quality.
  • Allocate resources across service lines to ensure quality standards and productivity goals are met.
  • Maintain documentation, statistical reviews, and quality records.
  • Partner with customers, auditors, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and corrective action execution.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience managing Quality Assurance or a similar operational leadership role.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (minimum) — required. Black Belt preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency optimization.
  • Healthcare or RCM experience preferred (minimum 1 year ideal).
  • BPO experience is a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
