- Gestión de Proyectos: Planificar, coordinar y supervisar proyectos de implementación de Braze y Amplitude, asegurando que se entreguen a tiempo y con la calidad esperada.
- Estrategia y Ejecución: Trabajar en colaboración con los equipos de servicios para gestionar los proyectos y asegurar su éxito a través del cumplimiento de entregables y plazos.
- Comunicación con Clientes: Servir como el punto de contacto principal para los clientes durante la duración del proyecto, proporcionando actualizaciones regulares y gestionando expectativas.
- Optimización de Procesos: Identificar y recomendar mejoras en los procesos internos para aumentar la eficiencia y efectividad de la gestión de proyectos.
- Resolución de Problemas: Abordar y resolver problemas y obstáculos que puedan surgir durante la ejecución del proyecto, garantizando una resolución rápida y efectiva.
- Documentación: Mantener una documentación precisa y actualizada de todos los aspectos del proyecto, incluyendo planes, informes de progreso y lecciones aprendidas.
- Graduado/a de una carrera relacionada con tecnología (deseado).
- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en la gestión de proyectos, preferentemente en el ámbito de Martech, tecnología o servicios relacionados.
- Experiencia con herramientas de gestión de proyectos como Wrike, , Asana o Trello y conocimiento de herramientas como Notion o Confluence.
- Familiaridad con Braze y Amplitude es altamente deseable; conocimiento en otras herramientas de marketing y análisis será un plus.
- Excelentes habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo, capacidad para liderar equipos multifuncionales y experiencia en la gestión de múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
- Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación verbal y escrita, con capacidad para interactuar eficazmente con clientes y equipos internos.
- Inglés avanzado (deseable).
- OSDE 310 Salario competitivo en USD
