Customer Success Specialist
para uno de sus clientes:
líder global en software de Quality Assurance (QA)
.

El rol será responsable de gestionar una cartera de clientes enterprise en LATAM, asegurando
satisfacción, retención y crecimiento de cuentas
. Actuará como asesor estratégico para equipos de QA/testing, liderará onboarding, revisiones periódicas y workshops, y gestionará escalaciones críticas en coordinación con equipos internos.

Requisitos clave:

  • 5+ años de experiencia en Customer Success, gestión de proyectos QA o testing (manual/automatizado) con clientes enterprise.
  • Formación en Ingeniería (Sistemas o Industrial, deseable).
  • Conocimiento sólido de la industria de testing / QA.
  • Inglés y portugués avanzados (oral y escrito).
  • Perfil autónomo, orientado a resultados y con fuerte habilidad para gestionar relaciones de largo plazo.

Condiciones:

  • Trabajo 100% remoto.
  • Preferencia de residencia: Medellín, Colombia.
