En este rol, tendrás la oportunidad de:

  • Liderar la integración de Arquitectura Orientada a Servicios (SOA) con iniciativas de mejora continua Lean.
  • Conectar áreas de negocio y tecnología para asegurar procesos eficientes, escalables y en mejora constante.
  • Definir y liderar la función de Arquitectura de Procesos de Negocio dentro de la empresa.
  • Impulsar proyectos de automatización, optimización y transformación digital con impacto estratégico.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Mapear y analizar procesos actuales con herramientas Lean (ej. Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen).
  • Traducir requerimientos de negocio en soluciones orientadas a servicios y APIs reutilizables.
  • Diseñar y documentar interacciones entre servicios (BPMN, OpenAPI, tablas de decisión).
  • Gestionar y documentar reglas de negocio dentro de los servicios.
  • Asegurar el alineamiento de los servicios con los estándares de arquitectura empresarial.
  • Facilitar ciclos de mejora continua basados en métricas de servicios.
  • Mantener el catálogo de servicios y gobernar su ciclo de vida.
  • Liderar la creación y evolución de la Arquitectura de Procesos de Negocio en la organización.
  • Apoyar la gestión del cambio y la capacitación de nuevos servicios o mejoras.

Requisitos para el rol:

  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en diseño de procesos de negocio, arquitectura empresarial o análisis de sistemas.
  • Conocimiento sólido en SOA, APIs REST/SOAP y orquestación de servicios.
  • Experiencia en metodologías Lean (Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, trabajo estándar).
  • Dominio de herramientas BPMN (Camunda, Bizagi, Signavio, u otras).
  • Experiencia con sistemas de gestión de reglas de negocio (ej. Drools, IBM ODM).
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación con equipos técnicos y no técnicos.
  • Español fluido.
  • Ingles avanzado.

Conocimiento técnico requerido:

  • Arquitectura SOA y APIs (REST/SOAP).
  • Modelado BPMN y documentación de procesos.
  • Herramientas Lean: Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen.
  • Gestión de reglas de negocio: BRMS (Drools, IBM ODM).
  • Plataformas de integración: MuleSoft, WSO2, Apache Camel (deseable).
  • Certificaciones: Lean Six Sigma, TOGAF, BPM (deseables).
  • Experiencia en proyectos de ITSM o transformación digital (deseable).
