Tu misión

Cualificar, presentar valor, negociar y cerrar clientes de ticket bajo con ciclos cortos —frecuentemente en la misma llamada— asegurando un onboarding ágil y aportando feedback accionable a Marketing y Producto.

Responsabilidades Clave 


1. Atender leads cualificados (SDR / Marketing / canales propios) y cerrar en la misma interacción cuando proceda.

2. Realizar demos rápidas y centradas en ROI min), adaptadas a autónomos y pymes.

3. Gestionar un alto volumen de leads manteniendo pipeline limpio y forecast fiable en HubSpot.

4. Negociar con agilidad y manejar objeciones para convertir dudas en compromiso.

5. Facilitar onboarding mínimo viable (setup + primer pago) en la interacción inicial cuando sea posible.

6. Registrar toda la actividad y datos en el CRM; colaborar con SDR, CS y Marketing para mejorar conversión y reducir churn.

7. Proponer mejoras en playbooks, scripts y procesos de checkout/onboarding.

Stack y Herramientas 

 - CRM: HubSpot (pipelines, workflows, reporting).

- Dialer/VoIP: RingOver u otras soluciones click-to-call.

- Comunicaciones: Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Zoom.

- Pagos/Onboarding: Stripe u otras pasarelas (integración rápida).

- Automatización: Zapier / Make (valorado).

- Nice-to-have: herramientas de IA para optimizar scripts y demos.

Valorable

- Experiencia en SaaS de marketing digital para pymes/autónomos.

- Uso de WhatsApp Business API, LinkedIn Sales Navigator o checkout integrado.

- Familiaridad con herramientas de IA aplicadas a ventas.

- Experiencia internacional o multicanal.

Requisitos 

* +3 años vendiendo a SMB / PYMEs / Independientes (B2P) o en segmentos con tickets bajos y ciclos cortos.

* Historial demostrado de cierre rápido, idealmente con ejemplos de cierre en la misma llamada y métricas claras (quota attainment, % same-call).

* Excluyente: Inglés a nivel profesional (capaz de hacer demo y negociar en inglés).

* Dominio funcional de HubSpot y experiencia en reporting/forecast.

* Mentalidad hunter, orientada a volumen y resultados.

* Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, escucha activa y manejo de objeciones.

* Trabajo remoto, deseable ubicación Bogotá.
