Estamos buscando un
Sales Manager
para liderar la estrategia comercial en Sudamérica (principalmente Colombia y Ecuador), desarrollar nuevas oportunidades, fortalecer relaciones con clientes y expandir la presencia de soluciones agrícolas e insumos para floricultura e invernaderos.
Responsabilidades
- Desarrollar y ejecutar la estrategia comercial para Sudamérica.
- Identificar y abrir nuevas oportunidades de negocio y canales de distribución.
- Gestionar relaciones con clientes, distribuidores y productores.
- Realizar análisis de mercado y competencia.
- Negociar, estructurar propuestas y cerrar acuerdos.
- Presentar reportes de ventas y forecast.
- Coordinar procesos logísticos y de importación cuando se requiera.
Requisitos
- Profesional en Administración, Ingeniería Agronómica, Ingeniería Agrícola o afines.
- Experiencia comercial comprobada en el sector agrícola
y/o floricultor
. - Conocimiento de productos para invernaderos, cultivos protegidos, semillas y fertilizantes.
- Inglés avanzado.
- Disponibilidad para viajar dentro y fuera de Colombia.
- Manejo de ciclos de venta consultivos y prolongados.
