Job Tittle:
Customer Support Specialist.

Reports to:
Digital Sales Manager.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday (2:00PM – 11:00PM EST).

Mission of the position:

The mission of this position is to support and enhance the customer experience by assisting customers across all company platforms—including phone, email, chat, and social media. This role ensures that customers receive timely, accurate help with service or account-related questions, contributing to strong relationships and positive overall experience with the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Assist customers with product, service, or account-related questions.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate, timely solutions.
  • Document all customer interactions and update internal records in our system.
  • Answer incoming phone calls after normal business hours on a rotating or assigned schedule.
  • Review and manage lists of inactive or closed accounts.
  • Conduct outreach to customers with the goal of reactivating accounts.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of outreach attempts and customer responses.

Requirements:

  • English Proficiency (B2-C1).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • 1-2 years' experience in customer service, support or a face-client role.
  • Technical Proficiency (CRM system, digital communication platforms).
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
