This is a
part-time, hybrid
role for a
Web Designer specializing in GHL (Go High Level) and WordPress
. The Web Designer will be responsible for building and cloning microsites from templates, creating lightweight custom graphics, implementing technical on-page SEO, and ensuring performance-optimized, responsive design.

The role requires
on-site work in Medellín during the initial phase
(training, quality control, and process alignment). Partial remote work may be approved once deliverables are consistently met.

Responsibilities

  • Build and redesign websites using
    GHL or WordPress
    based on provided templates
  • Ensure
    responsive, high-performance layouts
    that meet Core Web Vitals
  • Create basic graphical assets (hero banners, icons, buttons, badges, etc.)
  • Implement on-page SEO fundamentals (metadata, schema, alt text, internal linking)
  • Collaborate with content and technical teams to execute deployment schedules
  • Perform batch updates such as CTA replacements, code embeds, or styling fixes
  • Maintain brand consistency across microsite variations and industries
  • Use AI tools and automations to increase output speed (where applicable)

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Web Design and Responsive Web Design
  • Experience building sites in
    WordPress (Elementor/Bricks/Divi)
    and/or
    Go High Level (GHL)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS / JavaScript
    for front-end adjustments
  • Ability to design and export clean graphics using
    Canva, Figma, or Photoshop
  • Understanding of technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, asset optimization, and schema
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • English proficiency (written and spoken) — international client communication
  • Desirable: Experience in hybrid or part-time roles, or agency-style fast execution
