About the Role:

We're looking for a Web Marketing Strategist with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for creating engaging, visually polished web experiences. You'll be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining client websites — ensuring every page not only looks great but delivers the right message and drives results.

This role is ideal for someone who loves blending marketing strategy with hands-on web merchandising. You're comfortable managing multiple projects, coordinating with creative teams, and turning ideas into beautifully executed landing pages, campaigns, and promotions. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where quality and customer satisfaction come first.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and publish new landing pages and promotional content using SEO best practices.
  • Post monthly automotive incentives and ensure all updates align with brand standards.
  • Review client sites to identify opportunities for improvement in visual presentation and user experience.
  • Implement creative collateral including banners, slides, logos, and promotional graphics.
  • Conduct website audits and provide actionable recommendations for performance and design improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party support to resolve technical or design challenges.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Maintain consistent brand identity across client websites and campaigns.
  • Track work progress in Workfront, keeping all projects and updates current.
  • Support Senior Web Marketing Strategists as needed and assist in social content scheduling.
  • Uphold response and resolution standards per internal policy (1-hour response, 24-hour resolution).
  • Meet billable time tracking targets and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in web marketing, web merchandising, or digital content management.
  • Bachelor's degree or certificate in Web Design, Marketing, Graphic Design, or Communication preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HTML/CSS and web publishing standards.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Dreamweaver).
  • Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress, , Dealer Inspire, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience with automotive website platforms (DealerOn, Dealer eProcess, , etc.).
  • Familiarity with Agorapulse or other social scheduling tools.
  • Understanding of basic SEO principles and best practices.
  • Experience collaborating with external support or technical teams.
