The
IT Helpdesk Technician
will provide day-to-day technical support to Arcaise's internal team, ensuring smooth communication, clean email management, and basic IT troubleshooting. This role requires someone extremely organized, proactive, reliable, and able to follow processes meticulously.

This position is perfect for someone starting their IT career who wants to learn, grow, and be part of a high-performance operations team.

Responsibilities

  • Sort, categorize, and maintain internal shared mailboxes (Outlook).
  • Support the team in managing communication tools (Slack, Teams, etc.).
  • Manage, organize, label, and store hardware such as laptops, monitors, mice, keyboards, routers, etc.
  • Provide first-level technical troubleshooting for the team.
  • Assist with password resets, access issues, and account setup.
  • Update and manage device inventory and user accounts.
  • Follow existing IT procedures and help improve them over time.
  • Assist with task creation, tracking, and updating in
  • Keep an updated inventory of company hardware and devices.
  • Ensure all devices are properly configured, clean, and ready for use.

Qualifications

  • Good written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Studies or early career experience in IT, Systems Engineering, or related fields.
