We're Hiring Operations Supervisor – BPO
Our dynamic Operations Team is looking for a Supervisor with a passion for leadership, excellence, and customer service, to work hand in hand with one of our exclusive partners.
This role reports directly to the Operations Manager.
Location
Barranquilla: Celer Site – Cra 53 No
Schedule
- Two days off
- No more than 46 hours per week
- Rotating shifts approximately every two weeks
We're looking for people who:

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 12 to 18 associates, promoting their development and performance
- Manage daily operations ensuring goal achievement
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
- Communicate key information clearly and in a timely manner
- Provide feedback and recognition to the team
- Collaborate with departments such as quality, training, and recruitment
- Audit quality strategies to ensure world-class service
- Master the client's business and represent the brand professionally
- Implement strategies to maintain healthy attrition levels
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Supervisor in the BPO industry
- Advanced English C1 (role involves direct client interaction)
- Excellent personal presentation
