We specialize in placing experienced legal talent for long-term, stable roles. We are currently hiring a Personal Injury Case Manager to support a growing Ohio-based law firm. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced personal injury practice and work directly with attorneys and clients. Role Overview The Case Manager will manage personal injury files from intake through settlement, maintain consistent client communication, coordinate medical treatment records, and ensure cases progress efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from pre-litigation through resolutionMaintain regular communication with clients regarding case updatesCoordinate medical treatment follow-ups and request medical records and billsTrack case deadlines and ensure proper documentation is uploaded to the case management systemCommunicate with insurance adjusters regarding claims status and documentationPrepare case summaries and settlement demand packagesSupport attorneys and paralegals with administrative and case-related tasksEnsure accurate data entry and file organization Qualifications Minimum 1–2 years of experience working in personal injury law (required)Experience as a Case Manager, Legal Assistant, or Paralegal preferredFamiliarity with U.S. personal injury workflows and terminologyExperience using case management systems (Filevine, Clio, Litify, or similar is a plus)Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Skills & Competencies Excellent client communication and follow-up skillsAbility to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneouslyStrong time management and prioritization abilitiesProfessional phone and email etiquetteSelf-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment Work Environment & Benefits 100% remote positionFull-time schedule aligned with U.S. business hoursStable, long-term opportunity with growth potentialPaid U.S. federal holidaysSupportive recruiting and onboarding process through Reclatam
