Join our tech team Our company is looking for an Infrastructure and Support Analyst to ensure the availability and proper functioning of our hardware and software resources, promoting the appropriate use of technological tools and the protection of information. What will your responsibilities be? Ensure the proper functioning of the technological infrastructure. Manage servers and provide technical support. Promote the proper use of digital tools. What requirements must you meet? Training as a technician, technologist or Systems Engineer or related fields. Minimum of 2 years experience in server infrastructure and administration. Key knowledge : Cloudflare Administration. Advanced Linux proficiency. Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) . Service management in Kubernetes . Experience managing virtualization systems such as VMware and Proxmox . Implementation of backup and recovery strategies. Firewall administration. Knowledge of networks and cabling. Support for macOS and Windows operating systems. Application server administration. Version control system management such as GIT . What skills are needed? Self-management and operational discipline : Organize your work autonomously and prioritize critical tasks. Clear and collaborative communication : Maintain a high level of service and actively listen to the team's needs. Preventive thinking and agile resolution : Identify risks and act with technical judgment to resolve incidents. Work arrangement Hybrid Mode - a mix of remote and office work. Remember: You must be able to work with technical documentation in English.
