The IT Analyst at CI&T is responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure, ensuring support for the company's technological needs and business operations. The main goals include optimizing IT resources, resolving technical issues, and providing internal support.
Main Responsibilities:
Ensure effective and secure working conditions for employees.
Manage IT support tickets and provide first/second line support.
Track IT assets, ensuring proper distribution and management.
Assist IT Managers with various tasks, including meeting room setups and maintaining supplier relationships.
Perform routine maintenance tasks like software updates and backups.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Manage inventory and asset tracking for IT resources.
Coordinate with external vendors for IT infrastructure maintenance.
Implement security protocols to protect IT assets and data.
Provide technical support to internal stakeholders.
Assist in planning and implementing IT projects to support business growth.
Contribute to AI strategy implementation to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT end-user support.
Proficient in software tools (Excel, Google Sheets, SmartSheet) and operating systems (Windows 10/11, Linux Ubuntu, Mac OS).
Knowledgeable in Google Workspace, Jira Service Management, Office 365, Adobe, Slack, and Zoom.
Familiar with patch management, remote monitoring, unified endpoint management, and mobile device management.
Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
