Paralegal - Bilingual (English & Spanish) Job Type: Full-Time Work Hours: TBD Salary: $1200 USD Job Overview We are seeking a highly capable Bilingual Paralegal (English & Spanish) who can operate at a strategic level, supporting our legal team with precision, insight, and efficiency. This role requires a proactive professional who thrives under responsibility, anticipates needs, and ensures flawless execution of legal processes across both English- and Spanish-speaking matters. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive legal research and provide clear, actionable summaries. Draft, review, and manage complex legal documents, contracts, and correspondence. Maintain organized and accessible case files and records. Prepare materials for hearings, trials, and corporate transactions with meticulous attention to detail. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders seamlessly. Ensure strict compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Proactively track deadlines, filings, and case developments. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or related field. Paralegal certification is strongly preferred. 3+ years of proven experience in corporate or law firm environments. Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required. Deep understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
