About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled
Bilingual Paralegal Virtual Assistant
to provide direct support to our U.S.-based attorneys with legal drafting, case research, and client management. This is a
100% remote position
for candidates based in
Latin America
who have prior experience supporting
U.S. law firms
in a fast-paced environment.

This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in organization, accuracy, and clear bilingual communication.

Your Mission

To deliver dependable, high-quality legal support while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and English/Spanish communication with both clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and format legal documents such as
    motions, discovery, pleadings, and petitions
  • Conduct legal research and prepare summaries for attorneys
  • Manage, organize, and update
    case files, deadlines, and calendars
  • Communicate with
    courts, clients, and opposing counsel
    as needed
  • Translate legal documents and assist with
    bilingual client communications
  • Work within legal platforms such as
    Clio, MyCase, PracticePanther
    , or similar systems
  • Ensure all assignments are completed accurately and on time

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Based in
    Latin America
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
    (written & spoken)
  • 1+ year of experience
    as a Paralegal supporting
    U.S. legal practices
  • Familiar with one or more U.S. practice areas (PI, Immigration, Family Law, etc.)
  • Highly
    organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
  • Strong written communication and multitasking skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working in remote legal systems

  • 100% Remote
  • Full-Time Position
  • Monday–Friday | U.S. Business Hours
  • 1-Business-Day turnaround required
    for assignments
