Yuxi Pacific requiere profesional para el cargo de Talent Acquisition. Perfil: Profesional en psicología con énfasis en el ramo organizacional. Tiempo De Experiencia: 1 año de experiencia comprobable como mínimo en reclutamiento Software- IT. Experiencia General: – Procesos de reclutamiento masivos. – Búsqueda de perfiles especializados (Software IT). – Estrategias de atracción y retención de talentos. – Estructuración y documentación de procesos. Profesional con capacidad de negociación, mercadeo y atracción de talento, con conocimiento en manejo de mercado de Estados Unidos (No saberlo no lo excluye del proceso). Habilidades Informáticas: Manejo del paquete de Office (Word – Excel – PowerPoint). Idiomas: inglés avanzado – indispensable (debe conducir entrevistas en inglés). Objetivo del cargo: Gestionar estrategias de reclutamiento para la consecución de talento Software-IT. – Conducir entrevistas en inglés y realizar contacto con clientes del exterior, con reporte directo a los directivos de la compañía. Competencias Personales: Comunicación asertiva, capacidad de análisis, trabajo en equipo, liderazgo, iniciativa, solución de problemas, transparencia, estabilidad, interés por el aprendizaje continuo y orientación a los resultados. Aspectos contractuales: Salario: A convenir según formación y experiencia. Jornada: Tiempo completo, lunes a viernes de 8AM a 6PM, estos horarios se pueden flexibilizar.
