We are seeking a talented **Project Manager**to join our _LAC Talent Acquisition Team_. The team support Marsh McLennan’s LAC businesses and are part of a global function of recruiting professionals. Talent Acquisition PMO works across the enterprise to ensure TA strategy is implemented on time.
This role will be based in **Colombia**(Bogotá) and is a _fixed term - hybrid role_ that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
**We will count on you to**:
- Develop and manage the talent acquisition project roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's human resources strategy.
- Collaborate with business leaders and HR teams to identify talent needs and design effective solutions.
- Implement and monitor performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition processes.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among the various teams involved in talent acquisition.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with talent acquisition projects.
- Provide regular reports on project progress to senior management.
- Promote best practices in project management within the Talent Acquisition team.
- Strong working knowledge of end-to end HR processes, practices and standards and experience in designing, improving and implementing HR processes.
**What you need to have**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the area of talent acquisition.
- Solid organizational and time management skills including attention to detail.
- Experience working within complex (international) environments.
- Ability to work both independently and as a part of a virtual teams and within tight deadlines.
- Ability to quickly establish and maintain effective working relationship across the HR organization and beyond.
- Deep knowledge of best practices in recruitment and selection.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively - both verbally and in writing - in English and Spanish.
- Familiarity with the Lean Six Sigma methodology and RPA would be highly regarded.
