Join our team At , we are looking for a B2B Sales Executive to manage inbound sales opportunities in our cloud-based accounting software. Who are we? At Claus.co , we have over 30 years of experience in the Colombian market, pioneering cloud-based accounting. We primarily serve accountants and SMEs, offering them a robust, automated, and reliable tool. Currently, we are in the midst of growth and strengthening of our brand, supported by a marketing agency and a constant flow of incoming opportunities. Purpose of the role We are looking for a Sales Executive/Closer who is capable of: Convert incoming opportunities into active customers. Manage referrals and marketing leads flawlessly. Maximize conversion, average order value, and customer experience. Note: No outbound prospecting will be conducted; all opportunities will come from referrals or marketing. Main responsibilities 1. Managing and closing inbound opportunities Deal with incoming leads (referrals + marketing). Assess customer needs. Conduct software demonstrations. Present your value proposition. Close the sale. Support the handoff to implementation. Account maintenance. 2. Commercial monitoring and control Register and update opportunities in the CRM (AI Next Level). Follow up diligently with each lead. Maintain order and traceability of the funnel. Report key sales metrics. 3. Conversion and ticket optimization Identify opportunities to improve closings. Increase the average ticket price where applicable. Provide ongoing feedback to marketing on lead quality. Performance indicators Inbound lead conversion rate. Number of monthly closings. IRM generated per month. Average ticket size for new customers. Quality of closure (early retention). Profile we are looking for Desirable requirements Experience in B2B sales (SaaS, software, professional services, or technology). Plus (not mandatory) Experience selling accounting software, ERP, or business tools. ️ Compensation Base salary: competitive depending on profile. Monthly performance-based variable , composed of: Unlimited commission on closings (1 month of the client's payment for each closed deal). Bonus for good management of incoming cash flow. Monthly bonus for achieving overall goal. Overall, total monthly compensation can range between: $3,800,000 and $4,400,000 , depending on performance. On-site work in Bogotá (Calle 100 with 19).
