**As a Customer Contact Specialist, your duties will include**:

- Familiarizing yourself with essential details of our campaign, products, processes, and services.
- Making calls to prospective clients using a list of phone numbers provided to you.
- Accepting calls from prospective clients as they arise.
- Responding to basic questions and concerns about the products and services we offer.
- Educating prospective clients about the process and benefits.
- Scheduling consultations between prospective clients and Sales Representative
- Maintaining detailed logs of calls, including those that were not answered.
- Attempting to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to contact.
- Informing the Manager of recurrent product-related complaints that warrant addressing.

**To join our team, we require**:

- Proven experience as an appointment setter, sales representative, or similar is advantageous.
- C1 English Level proficiency.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Professional and courteous disposition.
- Persuasive and results-oriented mindset.

**Salary**: $3,000,000 - $3,500,000 per month
