**Job Title**B2C Customer Service Specialist – Equipo Brasil**Job Description**Estamos buscando un(a) **B2C Customer Service Specialist** para apoyar nuestras operaciones en el mercado brasileño. La persona seleccionada será responsable de procesar matrículas de estudiantes internacionales, mantener la base de datos de alumnos, gestionar facturas y ofrecer soporte y orientación de alta calidad a agencias asociadas, estudiantes y equipos internos.### **Principales Responsabilidades:*** Gestionar matrículas de estudiantes en nuestras escuelas ubicadas en Estados Unidos, Canadá, Europa y otros destinos.* Apoyar al equipo de Ventas B2C en Brasil para cumplir sus metas.* Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con agencias asociadas internacionales.* Brindar soporte rápido y eficaz sobre visas, pagos y llegada de los estudiantes.* Garantizar un servicio al cliente eficiente, proactivo y cordial para agencias y equipos internos.### **Requisitos:*** Título universitario completo o formación equivalente.* Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y organización.* Gran atención a los detalles y enfoque en la calidad del servicio.* **Portugues fluido (obligatorio).*** 1 año de experiencia en atención al cliente o rol similar.### **Ubicación:** 100% presencial en **Bogotá D.C. – Torre Sigma**### **Horario:** De lunes a viernes, de 7:00 a.m. a 4:00 p.m.### **Beneficios adicionales:*** Salario competitivo + comisiones mensuales* 20 días de vacaciones por año* Programa de desarrollo profesional* Cobertura médica adicional* Acceso a gimnasio* Clases gratuitas de inglés* Opción de trabajo remoto flexible tras cumplir KPIs* Entrenamiento intensivo de 2 semanas (sistemas, producto y técnicas de ventas)En **Kaplan** creemos que la educación transforma vidas.
