**This position is responsible for primarily performing field activities to provide maintenance services to our customers on Manitowoc cranes.**

**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Provide good technical feedback to your direct supervisor regarding your daily activities on the field.
- Properly use the equipment and tools assigned to the role, making good use of the equipment.
- Interact with the customers to provide a good field service and clarify technical doubts regarding the services provided.
- Elaborate precisely technical reports to the customers regarding the field activities.
- Verify the executed job to assure the manufactured products meet or exceed established quality requirements.
- Perform safety inspections, with frequency determined by the area of workplace safety.
- Having good communication with supervisor and give feedback on the progress activity, and report any process, machine, tool, material discrepancy or unsafe working condition.
- Follow the practices established by the company related safety and quality.
- Check the equipment and tools to assure proper and safe execution.
- Clean and organize the work area in order to provide a safe and healthy environment.

**Job Requirements/Working Conditions**:

- Technical Degree
- Desirable English language.
- Background based on electronic, plus a knowledge on hydraulic and mechanical is wanted.
- Good to have good communication, continuous improvement, adaptability, self-motivation, planning and organization, teamwork, customer focus, contributing to team success. Service attitude.
